Erica Franco
Founder & Producer
Erica is the founder and producer of the Diamond Masquerade Ball. With a passion for event planning, historical dancing, and creating memorable guest experiences, she envisioned an evening where guests could step into the elegance of the Regency era without the intimidation often associated with formal historical events.
From developing the event concept and choreography to designing the website, dance cards, signage, and guest experience, Erica has carefully crafted every aspect of the Diamond Masquerade Ball. She will also serve as the evening's dance caller, guiding guests through the English country dances and helping everyone feel welcome on the ballroom floor.
Megan Miller
Event Coordinator
Megan plays an essential role in bringing the Diamond Masquerade Ball to life. Working closely with Erica throughout the planning process, she helps shape the guest experience, contributes creative ideas, and assists with coordinating the many details that make this enchanting evening possible.
With a background in the performing arts and costume design, Megan has always loved the magic of stepping into another world—and she is never one to pass up an excuse to dress up! Her experience in the bridal industry has also given her a passion for creating beautiful, memorable experiences where every detail helps tell a story.
Megan especially loves being part of immersive events that invite guests to leave the everyday behind and fully embrace the experience. Whether she is helping behind the scenes, welcoming guests, or making sure the evening flows seamlessly, she brings a creative eye, a warm spirit, and a genuine love for bringing people together.
On the night of the ball, Megan will help welcome guests, keep the evening running smoothly, and ensure everyone feels at home from the moment they arrive.
She is delighted to be part of creating an evening of elegance, enchantment, and Regency magic—and, of course, any opportunity to put on a fabulous costume is one she is happy to accept!
